The Marine Pride Beach Resorts & Spa, Varkala

I recently attempted to book a stay at Marine Pride Beach through their official website, but I was met with an incredibly frustrating lack of communication and responsiveness. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via phone calls, I received no response whatsoever. Communication is a fundamental aspect of any business, particularly when it comes to booking accommodations. I found it highly unprofessional and disappointing that they failed to respond to my calls and inquiries. As a potential customer, I had questions and concerns that needed addressing prior to finalizing my booking. However, the lack of response left me feeling ignored and uncertain about the reliability of the stay. In today's competitive hospitality industry, it is crucial for businesses to prioritize customer service and promptly address inquiries. Unfortunately, my experience with fell short in this regard. I strongly urge the management to improve their responsiveness and ensure that potential guests can easily reach out to them for inquiries and bookings. Effective communication would not only enhance the customer experience but also inspire confidence in the reliability and professionalism of the establishment. regret to say that due to this disappointing experience, I have opted to explore alternative accommodations for my stay. I hope you people takes this feedback constructively and works towards providing better customer service in the future.

The location was perfect but unprofessional staff and unprofessional work ethics. No professional house keeping team as well. The restaurant serves good and tasty food but again unprofessional and untrained staff. No pesticide control. Rooms were filled with mosquitos and few cockroaches. No standard cleaning. Bedsheets and duvets were stained, bathrooms had a bad odor, towels provided were not washed properly. The reception area itself is kept so badly and gives a very bad impression of the resort. The place has a good potential for a very good resort but the management seems to be least bothered about it.

Wow experience in one word . We had an amazing stay . The ambiance of the resort is awesome & breathtaking. The private beach area is excellent. Well maintained property.& The food is very good . What I personally felt is that the staff should be properly trained regarding the guest interaction & hospitality . The staff should ensure that the guest amneties were all kept before check in . Overall had an wonderful weekend at this resort . Worth staying .

Worst experience for my team. Visited today(10 December 2023) just for spending the day hours. We were a team of 10 people. We had ordered buffet lunch when booking itself. There was a single person available for serving lunch for 10 people. And the food was not served as a buffet lunch inspite of requesting it on the day of booking. The single person available during the lunch hours was adamant that we should sit in an arrangement such that he finds it easy to serve. He gives no customer value. Thus we were even denied the chance to dine together. He was just serving some dishes randomly in a strange fashion rather than allowing us a buffet. It seems like the management has no idea regarding what a buffet is. To our surprise there was no dessert or fruits or salad even. The car parking area is not maintained at all. It was very hot when dining.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Marine pride, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff's hospitality left much to be desired, and I feel compelled to share my awful experience. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff couldn't care less about their guests. The manager of resort Adharsh behaved so rudely with the family members and even initiated a fight with me regarding the parking facility. I had higher expectations for this resort, but the lacklustre attitude and unprofessional behaviour of the staff left a lasting negative impression. While the resort itself had potential, the overall experience was marred by the staff's indifference and lack of customer service skills. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and invests in staff training and development to improve the guest experience in the future. Until then, I would hesitate to recommend this resort to others.
